We are dedicated to the acquisition of fruits that do not meet commercial standards for our customers, enabling the production of purée and concentrate. Gathering tons of discarded tropical fruits such as mangoes, pineapples, bananas, and avocados that are not suitable for fresh consumption. Otherwise Through research, we have identified a variety of valuable compounds present in the waste from avocados, mangoes, and olives. Among these are fibers, proteins, waxes, polyphenols, and fatty acids, such as oleic, palmitic, linoleic, elaidic, and stearic acids. These components not only possess nutritional properties as an animal feed product but also serve as plant-based tanning agents, as is the case with the tannins found in the pits of these three fruits.
