Avocado, Mango & Olive Pits
Through research, we have identified a variety of valuable compounds present in the waste from avocados, mangoes, and olives. Among these are fibers, waxes, polyphenols, and fatty acids, such as oleic, palmitic, linoleic, elaidic, and stearic acids. These components not only possess nutritional properties but also serve as plant-based tanning agents, as is the case with the tannins found in the pits of these three natural ingredients.
